4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must engage our services on your behalf. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure payment gateways including Razorpay and Cashfree.

Payment must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations before service commencement may be eligible for refund as per our policy
• No refunds are provided once consultation services have begun
• Visa rejection does not entitle the client to a refund, as our service is consultation, not visa guarantee
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days
